Cacao is Healthy
The research that has been done on the cacao bean has lead researchers and scientists to the opinion that it has more nutrients than any other type of food and one of the nutrients cacao is high in is magnesium, and another is calcium. Both of these are known to be what helps to build strong bones, in both children and women.
In 2006 there was researched published in the journal of Nutrition Research Volume 26 to support the bone health of individuals that consume cacao. The study that was done showed evidence that the nutrients allow the body to absorb more calcium, which can boost bone strength and at the same time help to lower cholesterol.
During the study according to the data that was submitted showed that there were no adverse health effects from consuming cacao products over the length of the study conducted.
