Marabel Farms is introducing Totally Raw, non-fermented cocoa nibs. They are very convenient for consumption and are packaged in 1.2 and 8 oz resalable bags. Sanchez cocoa bean is the source of these nibs,  and they have not been roasted or even heated, where most nibs in the market today  are heated with up to 120 degrees to make the shells peel off easier.
